According to the Constitution and Bylaws:
The membership of the National Council for Holmes Mine Rescue Association shall consist of authorized representatives of management, labor, state, and federal agencies, mine rescue trainers, mine rescue team members, vendors, manufacturers, suppliers or insurance groups, academia, and contractors, and others whose work involves promoting objectives consistent with those of the Holmes Mine Rescue Association.”
If you meet the requirements listed above, you may submit an application for membership to the HMRA.
Also, existing HMRA members may use this form to inform us of any changes to their contact information or other details. We will update your listing in our membership records with any changed details.
