Use this form to nominate someone to serve on the Holmes Safety Association Executive Committee. In accordance with Section 14.A. of the Association’s Constitution and Bylaws, the following conditions must be met:
- Nominations may be made by an existing Executive Committee member, a district council, or a state council.
- Nominations must be submitted by March 31 to be voted on during that year’s National Council meeting.
